Who We Are
Future Regulatory Services Limited is an independent regulatory consultancy providing expert compliance support to businesses operating within the Cosmetics, Fragrance, Vape and Chemical industries. We work closely with brands, manufacturers and distributors to ensure products meet all applicable regulatory requirements before entering the market and remain compliant throughout their lifecycle.
Our role is to simplify complex regulations, reduce risk and give our clients the confidence to launch and grow their products safely and legally.
Meet Our Managing Director Lizi Jenkins
Lizi Jenkins brings vast industry experience across the Cosmetic, Vape and Chemical sectors, with a strong background in regulatory compliance, quality systems and technical leadership.
Prior to founding Future Regulatory Services, Lizi held the role of Head of Technical at one of the largest UK e-liquid manufacturers. During this time, she successfully implemented major regulatory changes and supported company-wide EU expansion projects, ensuring compliance across multiple markets.
In addition to leading a highly effective regulatory department, Lizi also oversaw the Quality Department, achieving key certifications including ISO 9001:2015, GMP and ISO 17025. Her responsibilities extended to laboratory operations, flavour development and health & safety management, providing a holistic understanding of regulated manufacturing environments.
With a keen interest in toxicology and industry standards, Lizi is a Full Member (MSCS) of the Society of Cosmetic Scientists and sits on the Steering Committee for the Independent British Vape Trade Association (IBVTA).
